•Products that have been opened or used, except in cases of defect or damage.
If you believe your product is defective or damaged, please contact us with evidence (e.g., a photo) so we can assist you.
Time Frame for Refund Requests
•Online Purchases: Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
•In-Person or Third-Party Retailer Purchases: See "Handling of In-Person and Third-Party Retailer Purchases" below.
Requests received outside these time frames will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Process for Requesting a Refund
To request a refund for an online purchase:
1.Contact us with the contact info provided at the end of the page within 30 days of delivery.
2.Provide your order number, a brief explanation of the issue, and a clear photo of the unopened product and its packaging.
3.Once approved, we’ll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
4.Ship the product back to us within 14 days of receiving the RMA, using the prepaid shipping label we provide (if applicable).
Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. Shipping costs for unauthorized returns are your responsibility.
Refund Methods
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you may choose:
•A full refund to your original payment method, processed within 7-10 business days.
•A replacement product of equal value, shipped at no additional cost to you.
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).
Handling of In-Person and Third-Party Retailer Purchases
Retail store purchases: Follow the store’s return policy. Purchases made at physical retail locations or through third-party retailers are subject to the return policies of those entities, not this Refund Policy. We recommend contacting the retailer directly for assistance with such returns.
Exclusions
No refunds or replacements will be provided for:
•Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper storage.
•Products purchased from unauthorized sellers.
•Items deemed non-returnable due to health and safety regulations (e.g., perishable goods past their expiration date).
